Zenful Thoughts
Zen can take on many forms. I like to think of Zen as a gift of stars that light up the dark or of water flowing to make rough rocks smooth. Some of these gifts can happen immediately in the moment and some take more time. I often find gifts like these while in zazen (English translation = just sitting). It's amazing to witness how zazen can change us simply by being still. I'm touched so brilliantly by the practice, I'm compelled to offer this website so others can find and learn a practice of their own. I hope you find the website helpful.
