Meditation Group in Stokes County

The King Public Library hosts free meditation group meetings on the second Thursday of each month, from 1-2 PM. This group is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Each session uses a combination of gentle yoga and silent seated meditation to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state which can help increase energy and awareness while reducing anxiety and stress. An opportunity for discussion about the practice follows the mediation.
